At the eco-lodge, have a healthy breakfast before beginning the Great Sand Sea tour. You will first make a stop at Maraki Village to explore a special archeological site at the majestic Siwa Mountain and see the first ever discovered human footprint. Up until we reach the fossil area and see the rocky coral reefs that date back to the Cambrian era, we will continue our safari tour in the Siwa Oasis between the dunes.
Drive to one of the fascinating locations in the Great Sand Sea, where there is a lovely lake in the middle of the desert and a good opportunity to see flamingo birds. You can swim in the lake's chilly water while taking in the tranquility of the desert and bathing in a very calming environment.
Then, experience the thrill of sandboarding, which, while slower than snowboarding, allows you to shoot down some of the enormous dunes in the great sand sea with plenty of thrills. After sandboarding, it's time to wash off in the hot spring known as Bir Wahid, whose water is 40 degrees warm and helps to relax our muscles. Then, take in another stunning sunset at the great sand sea in the middle of the dunes while sipping Bedouin tea.
